I want a service that I can view my credit report and credit score for all major credit bureaus 3 or 4 times a year and make disputes quickly and easily as needed. I don’t want to pay an arm and a leg. I shouldn’t have to buy my own personal information in the first place.

You’re right, you shouldn’t have to buy your own personal information in the first place.
Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem much you can do except to pay them to find out which lies they’re telling about you this week.
They’re all crooks!

you can purchase your credit report and score seperately at each bureau or you can go to
But you can only do it once a year for free and it doesn’t offer your score. You can go to any of the 3 (equifax, transunion, and experian) to get all 3 scores for cheaper then you would if you got both.
Rather than pay a monitoring service, spread out your free credit reports thru out the year — one bureau every 4 months. Unless your personal info has been compromised, you really don’t need to do more than that.
I wont post the link because I want you to know I am not using affiliates. Your best bet is NOT use any external company. Go straight to the source. Most of these popup companies charge you for what you can do for free with the big 3 reporting agencies. After researhing a few of these. I found Experian.com to be the best of the 3 reporting agencies. They have a helpful faq that can point you in any direction. you will be dealing with the company itself that holds all your info.
I have never understood why people pay a company to goto experian for them. Just so many people dont know.
One of the other Big 3 is TransUnion.
also check out for cleaning up your credit legally and without paying others to do what you can do.
There are sites which allow you to search records.
