How can I get a student credit card if my parents have poor credit?

I am going to a junior college and I have a part time job not making a whole lot but about $5000 a year. It’s not much but enough. I want a student credit card with a low limit mainly to build my score and for emergency’s but many companies look at your parents history too and my parents have a bad credit history. Are they any cards that would approve me?
