Just checked my credit score today so that’s how I know the range.
850, according to the chart on this page:
That’s for a credit score rated by FICO. Also confirmed by wikipedia.
Up to 850, but that is rare… usually we use an 800 as best..
I work as a loan officer…
850 is the highest. anything from 700 and up is good. get you pretty much anything you need.
Scores range from 350 to 850. 723 is the national average. 700+ is condisered good. For most financing and lowest rates, a minimum of a 680 FICO will be required as the norm.
850 for Fair Isaac “Classic FICO” scoring model ( used in mortgage decisions and is the most important score ) Only available privately by going to Check out for all credit score answers
I believe the answers on here are correct, but I heard on one of the news networks that there was a plan to change it to a 100-1000 scale—anyone heard of that?
